As an Area Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in supporting multiple restaurant locations by driving operational performance, coaching and developing store management teams, ensuring brand standards are consistently met, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Role Description
The Area Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position based in the East Kootenay's in British Columbia, responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple Domino’s locations in the region. This role includes monitoring store performance metrics, supporting store managers in meeting sales and service goals, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and food safety regulations. The Area Supervisor conducts regular store visits, coaches teams, assists with staffing and training, and helps implement marketing and promotional initiatives. Daily responsibilities also involve reviewing operational reports, resolving escalated customer concerns, and collaborating with leadership to improve efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in multi-unit or store-level supervision within quick-service restaurants, retail, or hospitality, with strong leadership and team coaching skills.
- Ability to manage operations, including scheduling, inventory control, food safety, and adherence to company policies and standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and support diverse teams.
- Comfort with basic financial analysis, including reading performance reports, tracking KPIs, and assisting in budgeting and cost control.
- Solid problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple locations.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and reporting tools).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel between stores in the Kootenay's area as needed.
- Previous Domino’s or quick-service restaurant experience and a valid driver’s license are assets.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, based on experience, leadership capabilities, and demonstrated performance. Area Supervisors are also eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus program designed to reward operational excellence and business growth. Bonuses are paid quarterly and/or annually based on key performance indicators, including:
