Compensation: Approximately $40–$60 per booked treatment hour under a revenue-share / independent contractor arrangement depending on experience, schedule, patient bookings, caseload, and services provided Part-time availability is welcome, with the opportunity to grow into a fuller schedule as patient volume rebuilds.
The clinic provides the treatment space, equipment, supplies, front desk support, online booking, payment processing, and marketing support.
About us
Evolution of Wellness is a multidisciplinary wellness clinic in the Springwater / Barrie area under new ownership. We are expanding our rehab and movement-care services and are looking for physiotherapists who want to help rebuild and grow a patient-focused clinic.
Our goal is to support patients not only in recovering from pain or injury, but also in staying active, mobile, and independent over the long term.

What we are looking for
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong assessment, communication, and treatment planning skills
- Interest in musculoskeletal care, injury recovery, mobility, strengthening, and long-term patient outcomes
- Daytime availability is valuable
- Evening availability is especially helpful
- Newer practitioners and experienced physiotherapists are both welcome
