Duties include but are not limited to:
- - Receive and service phone calls for Personal lines accounts
- - Review renewals, process endorsements
- - Answer questions and resolve problems for clients
- - Liaise for clients with Insurers where necessary
- - Provide quotes to new as well as existing clients
- Experience :
- - Active RIBO license and in good standing
- - 2+ years Personal Lines customer service
- - Additional designations CAIB, CIP would be helpful
- - Proficient with CQ is helpful
- Personality type

- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- - Flexible to perform various assigned tasks
