- This is a flexible position, work when required days, nights and weekends.
- This is a working position along with Lead hand duties.
- Must have a clean drivers license and willing to follow all rules of the road.
- Must like working with staff, be able to work with all types of personalities.
- Must be fully vaccinated.
- Be very organized and level headed, be the calming force.
- Supervisor a work crew to ensure all call outs are covered.
- Conduct Quality Control checks, address deficiencies and work with staff member to improve to hit standards.
- Facilitate training sessions with new staff and existing staff.
- Ensure all staff have the training and support they need to be successful at their job.
- Must be reliable, have a good attendance record, and be healthy.
- Provide a Criminal Record Check.
- Job requires frequent walking, reaching, bending/stooping when wiping surfaces, frequent pushing/pulling, and gripping to hold all cleaning equipment.
- Minimal use of a personal smartphone will be required, to record hours of work.
- This position is not suitable for a student.

- Physically fit with strong stamina.

- Must be able to provide a clean Vulnerable sector police check CPIC.
- Must be willing to wear an N-95 Mask.
- Ability to follow safe working procedures. Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate commitment and ability to provide regular attendance.
