Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our financial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial analysis. Proficiency in multiple accounting software platforms and a strong understanding of financial processes are essential to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, and ADP.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist with payroll processing and related activities utilizing systems like ADP, Kronos, Ceridian, UltiPro, and Workday.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly.
- Support budgeting activities by preparing reports and analyzing financial data.
- Generate financial reports for management review and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial procedures are followed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role within a financial services environment.
- Strong proficiency with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, and ADP.
- Experience with bookkeeping, account reconciliation, data entry, and account analysis.
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, Kronos, Ceridian, UltiPro, and Workday is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent mathematical skills with attention to detail for accurate data management.
- Prior experience working with multiple accounting platforms is preferred to ensure seamless integration across systems. Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
