Summary
We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Plumber to join our team at ROC Modular Inc. in Bow Island, Alberta. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining plumbing systems within our modular buildings.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair plumbing systems in modular buildings according to industry standards.
- Assemble plumbing fixtures and components with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to identify issues before they escalate.
- Adhere to safety regulations and best practices while performing all plumbing duties.
Requirements
- Journeyperson certification in plumbing or equivalent experience required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with hand tools effectively.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to plumbing installations.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations.
- Experience with welding is an asset but not mandatory.
- Commercial driving experience is a plus but not essential.
