Job description
- Drink Preparation: Handcraft hot and cold beverages like milk teas, fruit teas, and slushes according to exact company recipes.
- Ingredient Prep: Cook boba (tapioca pearls), prepare fruit jellies, chop fresh fruit, and brew various tea bases.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, explain menu items, process payments via the cash register, and handle customer requests.
- Store Maintenance: Keep stations sanitized, wash blenders and shakers, restock cups and ingredients, and clear tables.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Fast-Paced Adaptability: Ability to multitask, stand for extended periods, and handle occasional heavy lifting (up to 25-50 lbs).
- Attention to Detail: Precision in measuring ingredients, following recipes, and adhering to strict food safety guidelines.
- Communication: Friendly, welcoming attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a tight-knit team.
