Positions Available:
- Part-Time Team Lead – Thursday–Saturday, 5–8 hour shifts
- Part-Time Team Lead – Friday–Sunday, 5–8 hour shifts
- Full-Time Team Lead – Wednesday–Monday, 30–40 hours per week

About the Role
Fundraising Team Leads work directly in the field fundraising while also supporting the success of other fundraisers. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines fundraising, coaching, training, and team support.
Fundraising events take place at storefronts, malls, trade shows, fairs, festivals, and other public venues throughout Canada, located regionally as per area hired.
Most shifts are conducted independently or in small teams, with ongoing support from our administrative and management staff.
All shifts are in-person at event locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Support
- Coach and mentor fundraising ambassadors in the field
- Provide encouragement, motivation, and performance feedback
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Promote company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assist with resolving challenges and answering team questions
- Foster a positive, professional, and supportive team culture
Fundraising & Operations
- Manage and maintain professional fundraising kiosks and displays
- Engage with members of the public and inspire support for our cause
- Process donations and handle credit/debit transactions
- Distribute thank-you gifts for qualifying donations
- Track event performance and provide feedback to management
- Ensure equipment, supplies, and reporting requirements are completed accurately
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous fundraising, sales, customer service, or leadership experience
- Enjoys coaching and developing others
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Is outgoing, empathetic, and persuasive
- Leads by example and maintains a positive attitude
- Is highly organized and dependable
- Has access to a smartphone with data
- Has reliable transportation and can travel to assigned locations
- Is comfortable standing and interacting with the public for extended periods
- Works well independently while supporting a larger team
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience managing or training staff
- Background in fundraising, retail leadership, event management, or customer service
- Experience in public speaking, theatre, improv, teaching, coaching, or Dungeons & Dragons
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
