Job Summary
Dr. Saud Kottapalli is seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Dental Hygienist to join his 'Dream Team' on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, promote oral health education, and support the overall efficiency of the dental team. Duties
- Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing to maintain optimal oral health of patients
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using ABEL Practice Management Software
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments between patients
- Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling and patient follow-up
Skills
- Proficiency in ABEL an asset
- Strong customer service skills to ensure positive patient interactions
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental care
- Background in Dental assisting is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication skills, compassionate approach, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
Pay: $42.00-$55.00 per hour
