Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Hospitality background.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of The Fat Ox of Banff
- Be a mentor to teammates
- Recruit, train and onboard new hires
- Responsible for helping to maintain our service standards
- Administrative duties, including cash-outs
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask Ability to multi task
- Strong customer service skills
- Food and Beverage service knowledge
- A proven leader with excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Pay: $50,917.43-$60,130.83 per year
