Quest Line Locators Ltd. provides professional underground line locating services throughout South Eastern Saskatchewan. We are committed to safety, accuracy, and excellent customer service. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant to join our Estevan office.
Job Summary
Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting tasks, along with general administrative duties. Experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, reconciliations)
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records
- Prepare financial statements and accounting reports
- Complete invoicing, billing, and file management
- Maintain organized financial and administrative documentation
- Assist with general office administration as needed
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and staff
Qualifications
Required:
- 2–3+ years of bookkeeping and payroll experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in construction, oil & gas, or utility industries
- Small business bookkeeping experience
Schedule
- 8am to 5pm (Monday-Friday)
- Weekends off
