This position is a General Admin role focused on operations and partner support.
■ Position Overview
This role plays an important part in supporting internal operations while also contributing to the expansion of our partnership network.
In addition to operational tasks such as SIM card inventory management and shipping, you will also support existing partners, conduct research to identify new potential partners, and generate leads that directly contribute to business growth.
You will also be responsible for assigning discovered leads to the appropriate sales representatives or account managers.
■ Responsibilities
① Inventory & Logistics
- Manage SIM card inventory (stock in/out tracking)
- Update and maintain inventory data
- Pack and ship SIM cards and related materials
- Handle domestic and international shipping to partners and customers
- Manage shipping schedules and tracking
② Partner Support (B2B)
- Respond to inquiries from schools, agencies, and corporate partners (mainly via email)
- Support SIM card orders and registrations
- Manage and update partner account information
- Coordinate with the sales team on ongoing cases
- Provide support related to contracts and operations
③ New Partner Development Support (Lead Generation)
- Research potential new partners (schools, agencies, companies, etc.)
- Create and maintain lists of potential partners
- Organize and share lead information internally
- Assign leads to appropriate team members (Sales / Account Managers)
- Conduct initial outreach using email templates
- Perform market research and target identification
④ Event & Promotion Support
- Assist in preparing for study fairs, orientations, and information sessions
- Prepare and manage SIM cards, materials, and promotional items
- Provide on-site support during events
- Organize inventory and prepare reports after events
⑤ Operations & Administrative Tasks
- Update internal databases and CRM systems
- Manage data using Excel / Google Sheets
- Prepare reports and assist with basic analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Other general administrative duties

■ RequirementsMust-Have
- Business-level Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- Basic PC skills (Excel / Google Sheets / Email)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently
- Eligible to work in Canada
Preferred
- Experience in office administration, logistics, or sales support
- Experience in education, telecom, or international student services
- Experience in lead generation or sales assistant roles

- Monthly salary: $3,200 - $3,800 (based on experience and skills)
