WellÜ is looking for a talented and passionate Brow & Lash Artist to join our growing team (instructions below).
We're seeking someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, stays ahead of trends, enjoys educating clients, and is motivated by building lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate is experienced in brow and lash services, takes pride in delivering exceptional results, and enjoys showcasing their work through content creation and personal brand growth.
Responsibilities:
- Brow shaping, threading or waxing
- Brow laminations and tinting
- Lash lifts and lash tinting
- Client consultations and personalized treatment recommendations
- Delivering an exceptional client experience from consultation through follow-up
- Capturing before-and-after photos and videos of treatments and results
- Creating content that highlights your work, beauty tips, and current industry trends
- Rebooking clients and helping grow a loyal client base
- Educating clients on aftercare and recommending retail products to support treatment results and enhance retention
Qualifications:
- Experience in brow and lash services required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and ongoing education
- Comfortable creating photo and video content
- Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and current beauty trends is an asset
- Sales experience is considered an asset
