Kitchen & Guest Experience Team Member

What You'll Be DoingBack of House Responsibilities
- Assist with cold-pressing juices and smoothies
- Prep fresh fruits, vegetables, and ingredients for daily production
- Support chefs with meal assembly and kitchen preparation
- Wash dishes, equipment, and maintain a clean workspace
- Receive deliveries, rotate stock, and organize inventory
- Help maintain our high standards for food safety and cleanliness
Front of House Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers with friendly, genuine hospitality
- Prepare beverages and assist with customer orders
- Answer questions about our menu, products, and wellness offerings
- Restock retail displays and maintain a clean café environment
- Support the team during busy periods and special events
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable interacting with customers and working as part of a team
- Ability to adapt and move between different roles throughout a shift
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Food service, retail, or kitchen experience is an asset but not required
- Interest in health, wellness, and plant-based food is a bonus
Schedule Requirements
- Availability for early morning shifts (5:00am–11:00am) and/or opening and closing shifts until 6:00pm
- Flexible availability is preferred
- Must be comfortable working in both kitchen and customer-facing environments
