Millwright – Heavy Equipment

Frontline Machinery is a fast‑growing, family‑owned heavy equipment dealership serving customers across BC to Ontario, including the Yukon and NWT. We specialize in aggregate crushing & screening, wood grinding, and waste shredding.
We’re looking for a Millwright who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and understands the importance of uptime, safety, and doing the right thing.
What You’ll Do
- Service, repair, diagnose, and maintain crushers, screeners, conveyors, shredders, and related equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electric‑over‑hydraulic systems
- Read schematics and technical manuals to complete repairs correctly the first time
- Accurately document work completed using electronic work orders
- Work safely, efficiently, and with a sense of urgency to minimize downtime
- Support both customer‑owned and Frontline‑owned equipment
- Work indoors and outdoors; occasional weekend work required
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Millwright, Journeyman, Apprentice, or equivalent trade designation
- 3+ years of Millwright experience (aggregate or heavy equipment experience is an asset)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulics, welding, and electrical diagnostics
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the physical demands of the trade
- Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for service documentation
- Team‑first mindset, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
- Honest, dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn new equipment and technologies
