Scheduler | Long-Term Care | Kelowna, BC
$30.28/hour | Part-Time | Days
Some people clock in. You show up with purpose.
Behind every well- run care home is a schedule that works. As a Scheduler, you play a critical role in ensuring residents receive consistent, quality care by coordinating staffing with precision and care. You create stability, continuity, and peace of mind for both staff and residents. Your organization and problem-solving skills make a real difference every day.
If that sounds like you, Mission Creek Landing is building a team around people exactly like you.
The Opportunity
Mission Creek Landing is one of Kelowna's most established long-term care communities, nestled in a park-like setting beside Mission Creek Regional Park. For over 45 years, we've provided a safe, dignified home for seniors who can no longer live independently.
Now, we're entering our biggest chapter yet. We're expanding from 132 to 242 beds in Summer 2026 with new state-of-the-art equipment, and we're looking for a Scheduler who want to grow with us.
This is more than a staffing call. It's a chance to help shape the culture, the care standards, and the team of a brand-new wing within a trusted community.
Join us at Mission Creek Landing where Schedulers make a difference one shift at a time!
