We are seeking an Exceptional Human/Housekeeper to join our team. This work is very flexible (it can be worked during school hours, Moms!) Our hours currently are 9:00am-4:00pm Mon-Fri.
New and exploding company with PLENTY of room for growth. Flexible hours, casual dress and a great workout! No gym membership needed!
Responsibilities
- MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE AND A CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD
- Drive to and perform various cleaning duties in homes throughout the city.
- Cleaning, sanitizing, organization, communication, kindness, etc.
- Climbing, crouching, hands and knees, ability to do stairs, lift up to 40lbs, etc. You MUST be reasonably fit and agile!
- Manage time effectively, show up on time and consistently!
- Report to supervisor regularly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, be friendly, personable, compassionate and kind.
Requirements
- Previous experience in professional cleaning/organizing preferred, but will train the right candidate.
- MUST be able to handle and accept instruction, tips and feedback.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods, including lifting and moving items as needed, within reason.
- A reliable vehicle.
- Must be proficient in English, both speaking and writing.
- Experience with mental health, the elderly, disabilities considered an asset.
