Responsibilities:
・Guest Connection: Provide warm, professional, and attentive service, acting as the primary storyteller for our plant-based Japanese menu.
・Service Excellence: Manage guest flow, take orders with precision, and ensure every table receives timely and thoughtful care.
・Team Synergy: Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless transitions between preparation and presentation.
・Brand Ambassadorship: Share knowledge about our unique ingredients, sustainability focus, and the culture behind COFU.
・Operational Flow: Maintain the cleanliness, aesthetic, and organization of the dining area to our high standards.
・Proactive Support: Anticipate guest needs and teammate requirements before they arise, ensuring a smooth and supportive environment.
Required or Desired Skills:
・Spirit of Hospitality: A genuine passion for people and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
・Communication: Clear, confident communication skills in English; ability to connect with guests beyond just the language.
・Existing knowledge of Sake, Wine, and Japanese cuisine is a significant asset.

Compensation:
・Competitive hourly wage based on experience and skills, plus tips

Expected Working Hours: Wednesday to Sunday, between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM
