provide onsitequality customer services in person, by providing timely and accurate information related to government programs, products and services
process applications and renewals
provide information about government services
collect payments and issue receipts
resolve customer inquiries

What you bring to the team

Mandatory requirements

You must possess oral French language skills at the advanced level. Your proficiency level will be confirmed before hire.

Exceptional customer service must have:

Customer focus to provide optimum service, explain information and meet customer needs resulting in a positive experience.
Thinking skillsto probe for information, assess situations, and take appropriate actions.
Computer proficiencyand ability to use Microsoft Office, database programs, and operation of specialized equipment.
Math skills to handle cash, operate cash register and point of sale machines to process transactions
Effective communication to explain guidelines and procedures, write concise correspondence, apply empathy and patience to meet customer needs.
Team collaboration to work well with colleagues in a team environment.
