We're looking for someone who enjoys being organized, loves working with people, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with office management or customer service leadership experience, or a current university / post-secondary student studying Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Marketing, or a related field who is looking to build real leadership experience.
This isn't just a regular admin position!
You'll be the face of our centre, helping create exceptional experiences for families while supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome families and students with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer phone calls, emails, text messages, and in-person inquiries
- Help families choose the right programs and guide them through registration
- Assist with program sales and customer follow-up
- Delegate tasks to instructors and help keep daily operations running smoothly
- Support and supervise a small team during shifts
- Keep the front reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts
- Assist with opening and closing the centre
- Handle customer payments and basic administrative tasks
- Assist in marketing and events to promote our services
- Help ensure an exceptional experience for every family who walks through our doors
We're Looking For Someone Who

Qualifications
One or more of the following is preferred:
- Previous office management, administration, or customer service leadership experience
- Experience supervising or leading a small team
- Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Marketing, or related post-secondary program
Equivalent experience will absolutely be considered - we care just as much about attitude, professionalism, and work ethic as formal education.
Requirements
- Available to work approximately 20-30 hours per week, evenings and weekends
- Able to reliably commute to our Regina centre in the South-East end of Regina
- Bondable (responsible for customer payments and opening/closing procedures)
- Comfortable using computers, email, and common office software
- Management experience is considered an asset
