Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative (Truck and Trailer Parts) to join our team to work under current Sales Team Leader. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and account growth
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and lead generation
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product or service improvements
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, competitors, and technological advancements relevant to our offerings
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools used in technology or technical sales environments
- Proficiency in analysis skills for evaluating market data and customer needs
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client engagement
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time efficiently in a remote or field-based setting

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
