Full-Time Seasonal Employment
We are currently seeking dependable full-time seasonal employees to join our Turf Maintenance Team. Successful applicants must be available for the full golf season, beginning in May and continuing until approximately the end of October. These are season-long positions and are not intended for summer-only employment.
This role provides dependable full-time hours throughout the season and is well suited to individuals looking for consistent outdoor work.
As part of the Turf Team, you'll help prepare, maintain, and improve the golf course from spring opening through fall closure, ensuring excellent playing conditions every day.

Responsibilities
- Maintain bunkers through regular raking and upkeep.
- Assist with spring opening and fall closing preparations.
- Mow greens, tees, fairways, rough, and approach areas.
- Operate a variety of small equipment, including walk mowers, string trimmers, and backpack blowers.
- Complete daily course setup and cleanup.
- Perform general grounds maintenance such as raking, shoveling, sweeping, sodding, and other manual labour.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.
Qualifications
We're looking for applicants who are:
- Positive, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting 20–40 pounds and performing active work throughout the day.
- Available to start shifts as early as 5:00 a.m.
- Able to arrange reliable transportation to and from work.
- Available to work from May until the end of October.

Schedule
- Full-time, eight-hour shifts.
- Rotating weekday and weekend schedule, with four-day weekends built into the rotation while maintaining full-time hours.
