Job Overview
We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Representative to join our on-site team. This role involves building new business relationships, supporting existing customers, preparing sales proposals, closing deals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets. Additional incentives and performance-based benefits are also available.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned B2B accounts
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding business relationships
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies to support business growth
- Assist in promotional campaigns to improve product visibility and increase sales
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills; bilingual abilities are an asset
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales, or related roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to build customer relationships and identify sales opportunities
- Previous experience in retail or technical sales is preferred
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused approach
