Manager (Experienced public accountant)
Location: 5992 Hazeldean Road, Stittsville, ON
Position Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Salary Range: $75,000 – $120,000 per year.
The final salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidate's education, experience, skills, and overall alignment with the requirements of the role.
KHMPC provides businesses and not-for-profit organizations with high-quality Assurance, Accounting, and Taxation services. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager to join our team in a full-time, in-person role based at our Stittsville office.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements for a diverse client base.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with ASPE and ASNPO
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service
- Supervise, mentor, and review the work of accountants.
- Research to resolve accounting and tax issues.
Qualifications
- Canadian CPA designation is required.
- Minimum 4 years of recent public accounting experience is required.
- Excellent knowledge of Canadian accounting and tax principles.
- Experience with CaseWare and TaxPrep (or equivalent tax software) is required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements while maintaining high-quality work.
