Job Description/Qualifications
- 3 plus years’ experience setting up/operating a punch press – 200 to 600 Ton
- Transfer die experience an asset
- Ability to meet production deadlines in a fast pace automotive company
- Ability to follow quality standards
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Adjust cutting speed to meet orders.
- Day and night shift available
- Die protection knowledge an asset
- Ability to work as a team player
- Follow safety regulations and ensure work is performed in a safe and correct manner.
- Concert path, speed, and feed information into set of instructions for machine tool.
- Identify potential issues/problems and implement solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned
