Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to generate business opportunities from assigned leads
· Communicate with clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
· Facilitate meetings with potential leads and walk in clients and make presentation on the project.
· Answer client questions according to business need.
· Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.
· Submitting the required reports, such as daily sales activity report..
· Build and sustain a solid social and professional network.
· Update clients on market conditions, prices, legal and/or documentary requirements and other related matters.
· Meet the required sales target on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications
· Excels at networking and maintaining relationships with clients.
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
· Good presentation & analytical skills

· Flexible and able to multi-task

· Graduate of any Bachelor's degree.
