Breka Bakery Group is Hiring: Production Workers (Savoury Team)
Breka Bakery Group is looking for Production Workers to join our Savoury Production Team!
We are seeking individuals who are committed to working overnight shifts, 4–5 days per week, including all weekends and holidays, in our central kitchen.
No prior experience is required, but experience in food production within a commercial setting is an asset.
You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team producing a variety of savoury items. We’re looking for team members with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for producing high-quality products efficiently.

Shift Hours
- Overnight shifts: 6–8 hours per day between 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- This role is strictly for overnight availability
- *Shift end times may vary depending on production volume. May finish earlier on slower days
- Full availability for ALL weekends and statutory holidays is required
- Schedule may vary weekly; open availability is strongly preferredJob Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of savoury products following recipes and baking procedures
Job Responsibilities
- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables and ingredients
- Mix sauces using commercial mixers
- Slice meats and assist with baking components
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties as part of daily operations

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $20.50/hour
- Wage increases based on performance
- 4-month probation period
