Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate programming
- Maintain structured daily routines
- Support children’s emotional regulation and social skills
- Communicate professionally with parents
- Follow all health, illness, and safety policies
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
- Work collaboratively with the director and team
Requirements
- ECE diploma or equivalent recognized in Quebec
- Up-to-date First Aid & CPR
- Background check clearance
- Experience in a structured daycare or preschool setting preferred
- Strong written and spoken English (French an asset)
