Dream Landscapes Inc. is a Vaughan-based landscaping and pool construction company serving the Greater Toronto Area. We build custom pools, natural stone hardscapes, patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and cabanas — and we take pride in every single project. What You’ll Be Doing
- Grading and shaping terrain to proper slope and drainage specs
- Operating a concrete saw — straight cuts, radius cuts, expansion joints, pool coping
- Building retaining walls and interlocking systems (Unilock, Techo-Bloc, Permacon) from base prep to final course
- Laying interlock, natural stone, and flagstone patios and walkways
- Setting and compacting base materials (granular A/B, polymeric sand, concrete bed)
- Assisting with pool construction including excavation, rough-in, and surround work
- Operating skid steers, mini excavators, and plate compactors
- Reading and following site plans and project drawings
- Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials; installing sod, mulch, and edging
- Keeping a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on landscaping/hardscaping experience — this is non-negotiable
- Proven concrete saw operation skills
- Solid grading knowledge including slope, drainage, and level use
- Experience building retaining walls and interlock systems
- Familiarity with GTA soil conditions (clay drainage, frost depth)
- Skid steer or mini excavator operation an asset
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license — required
- Physically able to perform heavy outdoor labour in all conditions
- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- WHMIS, First Aid, or Lift Truck certification an asset
