Job Description:
Role Descriptions: Develop and modify technical drawings for telecom network projects| including site plans| schematics| construction details| and installation layouts. Prepare complete construction documentation packages required for implementation and field execution. Draft installation packages for 5G upgrades| rooftop designs| tower modifications| and related telecom infrastructure work. Prepare structural detailing drawings| including foundation details| tower reinforcing| and related civil/structural components. Collaborate with engineers| project managers| designers| and other team members to ensure designs meet project specifications and client requirements. Review drawings for accuracy| completeness| constructability| and compliance with applicable codes| standards| and regulations. Maintain accurate drawing records| revisions| documentation logs| and project-related information. Support quality control activities by validating design inputs| markups| revisions| and final drawing deliverables.
Essential Skills: 6-8 years of experience in a civil drafting| structural drafting| or telecom infrastructure drafting role. Professional Engineering designation or eligibility/registration with the Ordre des ingnieurs du Qubec (OIQ) is required. French language proficiency is mandatory| including both written and verbal communication. Strong experience preparing telecom construction drawings and installation packages. Solid understanding of civil/structural drafting practices| telecom site layouts| rooftop installations| tower reinforcement| and foundation detailing.
