We design and manufacture innovative, high-quality glass partitions that transform modern workspaces across Canada and the USA — creating bright, collaborative, and sophisticated environments with exceptional acoustics and aesthetics.
We're growing our production and warehouse operations and looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse/Fabrication Assistant to support our team in delivering top-quality products efficiently and safely.
What You'll Do:
- Assist the fabrication and production team with material preparation, handling, and support for our MELIUS demountable wall systems and custom solutions
- Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming shipments of glass panels, aluminum frames, hardware, and supplies
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory through regular cycle counts and organized storage
- Prepare and stage production kits by pulling the correct materials and components for each job
- Package finished goods securely and prepare orders for shipping to prevent damage
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training and certification provided if needed)
- Keep the warehouse and fabrication areas clean, organized, and fully compliant with safety standards
- Support quality control by identifying and reporting any material or product issues
- Assist the shipping/receiving team and help with occasional local pickups or deliveries as required
- Collaborate closely with production, quality control, and logistics team members to meet daily goals
What You Bring:
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, fabrication, or construction experience is strongly preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work, including regularly lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg), standing for full shifts, and carefully handling large or fragile materials such as glass panels
- Forklift experience or certification is a strong asset (we'll train the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and accuracy
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory or ERP systems (Odoo experience is an asset but not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player who takes pride in their work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract is an asset
