Our club is currently seeking experienced and passionate volleyball coaches to join our staff for the 2026–2027 OVA Rep Season.
Positions Available:
- Head Coach – U14 Girls
- Volunteer Assistant– U14 Girls
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective practices focusing on skill development, game systems, and team strategy.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture.
- Prepare athletes for OVA competitions and tournaments throughout the season.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and club management.
- Support athletes’ long-term growth in line with the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching or playing experience at a competitive level (club, high school, or higher).
- NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) training/certification or willingness to obtain.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to the full OVA season schedule (tryouts, practices, tournaments, Provincials).
