Job Summary
We are seeking a Commissioning Engineer with strong technical depth, a hands-on mindset, and the drive to see projects through to successful completion in the field. This role is critical to ensuring ENORISE test systems are installed, integrated, commissioned, and accepted by customers safely, reliably, and on schedule.
You will work directly at customer sites, often under demanding timelines, troubleshooting complex multi-disciplinary systems in real time. You will also contribute upstream by helping define software and commissioning standards, leveraging AI-enabled tools to resolve commissioning issues faster, and working closely with project and sales teams to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support commissioning of custom test systems and software
- Execute system start-up, testing, calibration, and acceptance activities
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, controls, and software issues
- Develop and improve commissioning procedures and software standards
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate commissioning issue resolution
- Collaborate with project, engineering, and sales teams to meet targets
- Interface with customers during commissioning and training
- Document results, issues, and lessons learned
Travel & Work Environment
- Up to 75% travel, with some international travel
- Willingness to work long hours on-site during commissioning phases
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills
- Experience or familiarity with automation, testing, and system integration
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing confidence
Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
