About this opportunity
As a Credit Manager, you will be working closely with the Controller shaping and managing our credit policies, ensuring that they are effective, flexible, and aligned with the company's financial goals. This role requires a keen eye for detail, as you’ll be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, thoroughly reviewing financial data, and providing strategic guidance on credit decisions. Your ability to interpret financial statements, assess credit risk, and recommend adjustments to credit limits or terms will be critical in protecting the company’s financial health.
In addition to policy creation and refinement, you’ll have a hands-on role in day-to-day credit analysis, ensuring that the accounts receivable processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your insights will directly contribute to reducing bad debt while maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on both the strategic direction of the company and its operational success.

Experience working with B2B and B2C customers in various industries.

Familiarity with third-party collections.
General Qualifications:

Proven experience (5+ years) in credit management, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and risk assessment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Experience developing or refining credit policies and procedures.

Proficiency in D365 F&O and other Microsoft applications

A competitive remuneration of a base salary between $93,000 to $105,000 per year with extended health and dental benefits, paid vacation and sick days.
