Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales growth across various retail and technology environments. Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays and organized shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize strong communication skills and phone etiquette when interacting with clients both in person and over the phone
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and organizing promotional events or displays
- Demonstrate organizational skills by managing time effectively across multiple tasks and responsibilities
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales, especially in automotive or product demonstrations, is preferred
- Sales experience or familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities (e.g., English plus another language) are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Experience in merchandising, cashiering, or cash handling enhances effectiveness in the role
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential
- Proven ability to upsell products while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory counts
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: From $35,200.00 per year
