Job Overview
We are seeking an outgoing and efficient Serving/Counter Person to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, handling food and beverage orders, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
Responsibilities
- Greet & promote customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change efficiently
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the serving area & dining space
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with an outgoing positive attitude
