Position Overview
We are hiring full-time permanent Exterior Cleaning Crew Leads.
This is a physically active, outdoor position that includes window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing throughout the busy season, with year-round opportunities available for reliable, high-performing team members.

Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior window cleaning
- Complete gutter cleaning and pressure washing services
- Operate ladders and water-fed pole systems safely
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment
- Deliver professional customer service on every job
- Work efficiently to meet daily goals
- Help improve systems and contribute to team growth
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Physically fit and able to handle full workdays
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Professional attitude and team mindset
- Leadership experience
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturdays during peak season
- 40+ hours per week during busy months
