Our business is driven through a strong Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) model supported by advanced digital infrastructure, Shopify-powered e-commerce, and expert internal teams in content, design, technology, and digital marketing. Our core markets include North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Lead with 7–10 years of experience in driving digital growth for D2C brands. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise in paid media, funnels, CRM automation, and performance-driven marketing. You will work closely with senior leadership and lead a cross-functional team to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Full-Funnel Strategy

Plan and execute TOFU, MOFU, BOFU strategies across awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Paid Media Execution

Manage and scale multi-platform paid campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
Funnel Development & Optimization

Build and optimize funnels using ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, and Funnelytics.

Run A/B tests and continuously improve conversion paths.
Affiliate & Influencer Programs

Support the development and scaling of influencer outreach and affiliate partnerships.
Agency Coordination

Manage agency relationships to ensure aligned goals, timely delivery, and strong ROI.
CRM, Email & Automation

Plan and execute email marketing, lead nurturing, and automations via ActiveCampaign / HubSpot.

Own CRM segmentation, drip campaigns, and re-engagement workflows.
Analytics & Reporting

Set up and interpret dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, Triple Whale, and Northbeam.

Translate insights into actionable strategies.
Conversion Rate Optimization

Improve landing pages, checkout flows, retargeting funnels, and overall user experience.
Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a small in-house marketing team across performance, content, creatives, and automation.

7–10 years of experience in E-commerce or D2C marketing (wellness, supplements, or related industries preferred).

Strong track record managing full-funnel strategies with measurable business impact.

Proficiency in Funnelytics, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4.

Experience with influencer and affiliate program execution.

Hands-on experience with paid campaigns across search, social, and display.
