Windmill Garden Centre & Landscaping is growing, and we’re looking for an
experienced Irrigation Technician to join our team for the upcoming 2026 season.
If you have strong technical skills, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in creating
efficient, well-functioning irrigation systems, we want to hear from you.
Position Available
- Irrigation Technician (Experienced)
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to speak and write English
- Proven experience installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and
commercial irrigation systems
- Experience working with centrifugal and submersible lake pumps
- Strong understanding of irrigation system components, troubleshooting, and
seasonal start-up/shut-down procedures
- Reliable transportation to our garden centre (we are not on a bus route)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing and able to work with landscaping crews when irrigation work is not
required
- Valid G-class driver’s license (required)
- Comfortable operating company vehicles for service calls and deliveries
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Compensation
$22–$40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
