Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using multi-line phone systems
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain front desk operations, including processing payments and updating guest records
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting as needed
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in front desk or guest services roles within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse guest demographic
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk software is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles will be considered an asset
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
