As a senior member of our team, you will play a key role in mentoring junior stylists and maintaining the high standards of our salon. Duties
- Provide a wide range of hair services including cuts, color treatments, styling, and chemical services tailored to client preferences.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, the salon and tools in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer innovative solutions to clients.
- Mentor and support junior stylists by sharing expertise and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Assist in maintaining the overall aesthetic of the salon environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license required.
- Proven experience as a hair stylist, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide professional recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of the latest hair trends, chemical treatments, and advanced styling techniques.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
