Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Composites Technician with strong knowledge of VARTM (Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding) to join our team. This role involves building high-performance components in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to high standards of workmanship and safety.
Responsibilities
- Cut and prepare composite materials to size
- Lay materials into molds as per specifications
- Perform vacuum bagging and resin infusion (VARTM)
- Demold, trim, and finish parts to required standards
- Conduct basic quality inspections
- Prepare material kits (carbon fiber, Kevlar, peel ply, flow media, etc.)
- Perform hand layup of composite materials
- Maintain and repair molds as needed

- Follow all company safety and quality standards
- Use required PPE (safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection)
- Work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
