About Us:
Solid Process Solutions Rx Inc. is a leading manufacturer of stainless steel GMP solid dosage processing equipment, material handling, lifters, conveyors, WIP skids and process piping.
Requirements:
- Grind, buff, sand, clean, or polish sheet metal products or parts to correct defects or to prepare surfaces for further finishing, using hand tools and power tools
- Trim, file, or buff metal edges using a file, grinder, or various hand tools. Perform and complete all inspections/testing and documentation
- Polish products using stationary belt grinder and buffing machine, through powered hand grinders, and various types of grades of buff wheels bits, pads, and compounds.
- Select and use appropriate polishing pads, discs, pads, and compounds for the required finish
- Perform daily safety checks and maintain equipment in good working order. Must keep clean, orderly and safe work area
- Perform other duties in the shop as needed
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years preferred as a Stainless Steel Metal Polisher
- Experience in Manufacturing environment preferred
