Epoxy Floor Installer – Part/Full Time | $20–$30/hr | Ottawa, ON
Royal Coatings installs epoxy and polyaspartic floors across Ottawa — garages, basements, commercial spaces, and large specialty projects. We're building our install crew and looking for 2–3 installers to train and grow with us.
This is hard, physical work. You'll be running grinders, doing surface prep, and mixing product in garages and commercial spaces. We need people who are genuinely okay with that.
Day to day:
- Concrete grinding, patching, and prep
- Mixing and applying epoxy and polyaspartic coatings
- Working alongside a crew of 2–3 per site
- Loading and unloading equipment
What we're looking for:
- Own vehicle — hard requirement, not negotiable
- Physically capable and comfortable with labour
- Coachable — we train you, but you need to apply it
- Dependable — if you say you'll be there, you're there
- Trades, construction, painting, or flooring experience is an asset
What we offer:

- Start part-time, transition to full-time for people who prove themselves
