This is a daytime position, the shift is 1pm-9pm.

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their needs throughout their visit
- Provide expert customer service by answering questions about products, services, and facility amenities
- Handle cash transactions accurately during sales of merchandise or food items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop area, including displays and inventory
- Assist with guest services such as equipment rentals, reservations, or event registrations
- Promote a friendly atmosphere by engaging with guests through public speaking or casual conversations to enhance their experience
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure guests feel valued and attended to at all times
- Previous guest services experience in hospitality or retail environments is highly advantageous
- Cash handling proficiency to manage transactions efficiently and accurately
- A positive attitude combined with the ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment
