We are currently hiring Full-time/ Part-time Cook/ Batter Fry Station Lead for our location at

What to expect in your role as a cook/batter fry station lead:
- Prepares food in the kitchen as well as packages food and drink products
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining room, restroom & exterior.
- Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Check food quality and food temperature throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve
- Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
- Clean and maintain equipment on daily basis
- Consistently handle product preparation
- Consistently kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
- Consistently push to open and close door to store and storage shed as well as cooler and freezers
- Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
- Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the culture of Popeyes as well as our company Saisethsons Hospitality Group
Requirements:
Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional Guest experiences
Be able to work under pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining food safety standards.
Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations
Be able to consistently lift or carry boxes (15lbs to 60lbs) for product preparation, stocking and inventory, working in cold environment as freezer/ fridge.
Consistently stand during serving guests and working at the front or kitchen.
Have a strong work ethic, be punctual and responsible.
Previous experience working in Popeyes is an asset.
Have or pursuing a post-secondary diploma in Hospitality management or related fields is an asset but not required.
Available to work evenings and night, weekends and holidays

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
