THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a Licensed 433A Millwright for a well-established industrial facility in Arthur, Ontario, specializing in environmental and production operations.
This is a hands-on maintenance role responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining plant equipment in a clean, safety-focused, and team-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and packaging systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Use welding and fabrication equipment when required
- Replace defective parts using hand and power tools
- Install and maintain plant equipment and machinery
- Prioritize maintenance repairs to minimize downtime
- Follow all company health & safety policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate preventative maintenance documentation
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid 433A Millwright License
- 3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and preventative maintenance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid G Class Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding work
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying industrial and weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures
