Overview
Let's Achieve Together is seeking motivated Community Outreach Representatives to help connect local families with affordable academic tutoring this summer. This is a commission-based role with no fixed hours, no experience required, and the flexibility to work entirely on your own schedule. You will serve as the direct link between our tutoring service and the families who need it most across the Waterloo Region. If you are someone who is personable, community-connected, and driven by results, this role was built for you.
Compensation
$5 per confirmed student referral with no cap on earnings. Representatives who are consistent and strategic in their outreach can realistically earn $50 or more per hour of effort.
What You Will Be Doing
- Going door to door in residential neighbourhoods close to schools to introduce families to Let's Achieve Together
- Distributing flyers and promotional materials while clearly identifying yourself as the referring representative
- Engaging parents and community members in conversation about the tutoring service, pricing, and booking process
- Following up with interested families and guiding them through the next steps
- Tracking your referrals and reporting confirmed bookings to the team

About Let's Achieve Together
We are a student-centred tutoring service offering one-on-one academic support for students in Grades 1 through 12 across Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. We charge $30 to $35 per hour, significantly below the regional average of $50 to $80 per hour. Our mission is to make quality tutoring accessible to every student regardless of budget. IEP students are fully welcome and supported.
Pay: $5.00-$50.00 per hour
