Position Summary
We are seeking a New Home Sales Representative to join our growing team at a new pre-construction community in Lindsay, Ontario. This individual will play an active role in selling, administering, and representing our builder client in the Kawartha Lakes market. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, strong organizational ability, and is a team player focused on achieving sales success.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, conduct outreach, and follow up with sales leads
- Prepare Agreements of Purchase and Sale, amendments, and related documents
- Greet walk-in customers at the Builder's Sales Office
- Manage the Sales Office, ensuring it is kept to a high standard
- Communicate with external sales representatives, brokers, clients, and purchasers
- Educate purchasers on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Builder policies, and amendments
- Manage product inventory and ensure accurate information
- Provide input on sales and marketing strategies, pricing, and collateral
- Conduct market research on competitors in the local market
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Licensed Realtor in good standing with RECO
- Experience working within a New Home Sales Office (willing to train)
- Flexible to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Experience with CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Suite
- Familiarity with pre-construction sales technology (SaleFish, NewStar, Spark.re, etc.) — willing to train
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work both independently and within a team to achieve sales success
Compensation
This role is structured via an attractive base and commission structure.
