Experienced Order Pickers & Reach Operators
People Store Staffing is currently hiring experienced Narrow Aisle Order Picker and Reach Truck Operators for a leading warehouse facility in Mississauga. This is an excellent long-term opportunity with potential for permanent hire.
Location:
- Mississauga, ON – Airport Rd & Derry Rd Area
- Mississauga, ON – Kennedy Rd & Courtneypark Dr Area
Pay Rate:
- $23.25/hr – $26.75/hr
- (Depending on shift)
Available Shifts:
Day Shift
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Afternoon Shift
- Monday to Friday
- 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Night Shift
- Sunday to Thursday
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Responsibilities:
- Operating Narrow Aisle Order Picker and Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently
- Picking orders using RF scanners in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Loading, unloading, moving, and organizing inventory accurately
- Handling automotive parts and materials throughout the shift
- Following all warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards
- Supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory operations as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating Narrow Aisle Order Picker and Reach Truck
- Experience operating both Crown and Raymond equipment is required
- Wire Guide experience is considered a strong asset
- Previous RF scanner experience required
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Clear criminal background required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and looking for long-term employment
